The Oklahoma City Thunder professional basketball team has had a very interesting and eventful offseason. During this offseason they have traded away both of their best players and have completely started to rebuild. Using these trades, they were able to get a couple decent players in return but the main part of the trades were the draft picks that they received. In the upcoming years the OKC Thunder have 17 first round picks which is an insane number of future firsts to have. With the number of picks that they have acquired it shouldn’t take all that long for them to be back in the playoff race. OKC still has a few decent assets on the roster that they may try to move and turn them into more draft picks, or potentially keep and try and build around those pieces for the for seeable future. With how wide open the league is this year there are many teams that have shots to make the playoffs and the finals as well. OKC most likely wont be one of those teams for at least a few years. A possible thing that they could do also is try and trade all their picks and try to pick up a young star or an established superstar but they would be a longshot due to the fact that they had 2 superstars and traded them away.
